KALIMĀT

Kalimāt · account deletion

Delete your account

For the Kalimāt app (com.haqqword.app) on Google Play and the App Store

Kalimāt only has an account on our server when online play has been turned on. If online play was never turned on, there is nothing on our server: uninstalling the app removes everything.

Delete in the app (immediate)

  1. Open Kalimāt and tap Me in the bottom bar.
  2. Tap the gear icon at the top to open Settings.
  3. Under Account, tap Online play & account. (You can also tap your name at the top of the Challenge tab.)
  4. Scroll to Privacy and tap Delete this player, then confirm with Delete.

The player is deleted from our server straight away.

Delete by email

If you no longer have the phone or the app, email privacy@haqqword.wees.bio with the subject “Delete my Kalimāt player”, and include the player name and friend code (shown on the Challenge tab), or the email linked to the player. We may ask a question to check the player is yours, then delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

What may be kept

Progress saved on the phone itself is not on our server; it is removed when the app is uninstalled.

Only want to stop online play?

In the same screen, Turn off online play hides the player from rankings and friends on this phone without deleting anything, and Sign out removes the player from this phone (it can be restored with the email).
